This app has may force close issues... Please fix it... Kid would love it if it worked...half of the features are not functioning....HALF!!!

I usually stay quite if I don’t have anything to nice to say but this time I decided to speak up for sake of other parents. I am tech savvy dad so when I purchased this app - I thought since it’s made by Disney and I am paying $3.99 for it, I expect it to work properly. I was wrong - on many occasions, my toddler try to play the game per instructed but it doesn’t work. I thought it was initially my toddlers finger pressure or something but after trying it couple of times myself (on different days). Came to realize it was not my kiddo. You would think with all resources available for Disney, they would create app that works without basic/simple issues (especially since customers are paying for it). I understand you can’t make everything flawless but simple basic things like moving a doctor tool onto a mouth, nose, or ear should be the first thing to check out and make work. And please don’t even get me started on the amount of fee for such a basic app. I expect to have more educational. Stay away from this app. Waiting for my refund (not instructions to restart my phone email or clearing some setting )

The sound does not work, the game movements are off. My 3 year old cant play it.

I just paid $3.99 for this app and it has NO sound. I thought maybe the app messed up during download, so I deleted it and downloaded it again. Still NO sound! How d I get a refund?

I bought this app for my daughter. It worked fine at first but now it crashes EVERY time she tries to click on the stethoscope from the doctors kit! I didnt pay money for an app that crashes EVERY TIME. Please resolve this issue or I will report to iTunes.

I spent $3.99 on an app that doesnt work properly. My child is more disappointed and frustrated than I am. I really hope Disney fixes this ASAP. I expected a lot better from Disney...

Not working! Every time my daughter selects something within the app, it automatically closes the game. Very disappointed.

App shuts down when trying to use this X-ray game.
