The ap has no sound.

We had to delete and reload multiple times then just got tired of trying. I should have listened to all the other complaints. Very disappointing.

No sound on iPad mini retina running latest software. Decided trying to pair to LG Tones Ultra and sound came through. Looks like I just lost $120 Bluetooth to my 4 year old and a $4 app. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

Cant get the sound to work. Its kind of sad that we cant fix a game thats about fixing toys.

My 3 year old loved this but every time she played it on my 4s my volume was gone! Not worth the problems! But she played it almost all day yesterday when I bought it.

Just bought the app it does not work no volume waste of money really would like my money back DONT waste your money!!!

My 4yr old love this game. No problems so far.

This is a fun app for my 4yr old, but when the portion of the game that asks you to click on an x-ray or stethoscope comes up, she gets booted out of the app every time-not fun. Especially for $4, there could be a few more options.

Using iPad mini with latest software. All other apps work fine. This app is useless with no sound. Waste of money.

I downloaded this to an Itouch, iPad, and iPhone 5 and the sound doesnt work on any device. A bit frustrated. It looks like a cute app that my daughter would enjoy but until this issue is resolved we cant give it a proper review. Ill definitely reevaluate once we can actually use it.

Great pretend play time for my daughter! The sounds are clear and the graphics are awesome. Works well with or without wifi. My 5yr old loves this app.

Just like a lot of the other users said the sound stopped working!

No issues with sound on my iPhone 6 or my 4th generation iPad. Game was only crashing when my daughter turned off access to the camera, so when she tried to play the part of the game that requires the camera, the game just closed. Turned that back on and the game runs great! She loves it!

I bought the game like a week ago. But ever since then, I havent been able to download the game to my iphone4. Can someone tell me what I do or who I can talk to about this? Please and thank you

This app doesnt work. I bought it for my daughter and we tried to download the rest of the mission but it will not download keeps saying download failed.
